Meet the hosts
Danielle is a seasoned business leader and mother of three who spent more than a decade at Amazon leading global teams, launching new business lines, and driving growth across the company's advertising division. Building high-performing teams and nurturing meaningful relationships now informs how she works with families, grounded in trust, reliability, and genuine care.
Christine brings deep expertise in staffing, recruiting, and technical startups, along with a personal understanding of how much kindness and dependability matter in caregiving. As a mom, she knows firsthand how critical it is to find people you can truly trust to care for those you love.
Beyond work, both share a deep commitment to community. Danielle serves on the Advisory Council for Prep for Prep, a leadership development program for high-achieving and under-served students in New York City, and enjoys interior design and practicing Spanish. Christine enjoys gardening, exploring new recipes, and time with her growing family.
